Instead of Selling My Home it is Now a Vacation Rental
I worked hard to buy my little Florida condo and loved living there. When I had been in my home for ten years, I inherited a much larger home and wanted to live there. I hated the idea of selling my condo but did not have the income to leave it empty and still pay monthly maintenance fees, insurance, and other expenses. A friend told me about a website which listed vacation rental homes and suggested I add my home. I took her advice and soon had a steady stream of renters enjoying my little apartment. The bills are paid, I kept my beloved condo, and I’m even making a profit.
