I noticed that a building was for sale in my neighborhood. The sign was in front of it for many months, but there seemed to be no activity going on as far as any potential buyers. One day, I saw the owner in the grocery store, and she told me that she was trying to sell her building without the help of a realtor. I asked her if she was doing any apartment marketing to promote the sale of the building and she said no. I explained the benefits of doing so, and after realizing how this could help her in her quest to sell her building, she said she was going to begin a marketing campaign.
