New Levels

In order to excell in muscle building, you must push your body past a point that it has been pushed before.  This could be in the form of cardio, nutrition, weight training,or all of the above.  In order to see results you must continually push youself past these levels. Its is then that you will begin to see strength, and lean muscle mass gains.  If you are looking for workouts to burn fat and lose weight, you will want to make sure there is plenty of resistance in some form or another.  Free weights are preferable.  You will find that you will ahve more success with them.
