Cooking Up a Storm With Large-Print Recipes
My favorite uncle, Winston, loves to cook. It is funny, however, that for someone who cooks constantly he is very uncreative. He follows recipes strictly. Nothing he cooks is ever his own idea, and he will attempt nothing with out a detailed recipe. Recently, he began to run into some difficulty with his vision. At seventy-four he struggles with age related macular degeneration and he felt that his cooking days were nearing their end. All of his nieces and nephews got together, however, and decided that he should continue. We have begun to convert recipes into large text versions. We actually think that their could be niche market for these things.
