Easier for Every One
Sunday, January 17th, 2010I went over to a friend’s apartment the other day, and she asked me how things were going at the office. I told her that things had been going fairly well. We had just recently put in a new system to update the it help desk software that was put in a long time ago. It had been needing an update for a while. Since we put in the new system, we have had a much better response from customers that have a problem with one of our products. Since we can help them out a lot easier, they don’t get as stressed out.
