Back To Squats
Wednesday, February 29th, 2012I want to get back to doing squats because I want to be sure that I am ready for the summer. I have been making sure that when I am doing those squats I go all the way down with the movement. This is what is going to tone my thighs and really develop my legs. This is, hands down, the best exercise that there is to develop your legs all around. Alot of people will not do this exercise because it is a very challenging exercise to do. Make sure that you are doing this one in your workouts too. It is a good one that is for sure.
